For years, I have noticed that the dow level has been 5x the nasdaq. For example, nas 1500 should give you dow 7500. When these disconnect, a regression to the mean tends to occur within 90 days.

Small differences are interesting, but give no signal. A 1750 nas, with an 8100 dow is a problem, as we saw in October.
