Only because the Democrats insist on pursuing frivolous lawsuits against him. As soon as the Democrats stop grandstanding and virtue signaling and start legislating, maybe their own constituents will get some benefits out of their elected representatives. Here's the reality. The Democrats can't beat Trump. So they need to figure out whether they want to spend the next 5 years beating their head against the wall, wailing and gnashing their teeth and crying crocodile tears of rage, or whether they want to try to begin to understand that the other 50% of Americans are not nazis and that we have a right to our opinions and that we elected Trump to represent us. Only then, when the Democrats see us as human and as fellow Americans can we all begin to work together for a better future.

However, when Democrats demonize, vilify, and negate us, they do so at their peril and they do so ineffectually, because we on the right of the divide own most of the resources in this country. They'll have to work with us eventually, like us or not.
