So, how long is this meeting? Started 8AM PST. 5 1/2 hours and no results? Did ya'll see the "news" on PSIX today? Some new holding company, USInternetworking, faxed a $400mm ($10/shr) all cash offer last night, asking them to postpone the IXC deal shareholder meeting. Only info on the bidder is that it was formed (very recently; their Web site is "under construction") by former Digex CEO. No details of financing for the deal. Digex, BTW, is a smallish ISP that was bought by a CLEC last year for $150mm. Call me a cynic, but ... Bob
