As a long term IDTI holder since early 1996 through early 1997, I am wondering how to play a IDTI move to 15. In the past 2 years it would make sense to sell and buy in again. However the move to 20+ is probably in the cards during the next 18 months, especially if the long term semi cycle plays out (last highs ~ 9/1995 with roughly 4 year cycles) .

I will pose this question again (& ask myself) as the prices and cycles within the semiconductor area play out.

The current news on the dram/commodity front (or you could can it the Japan/Korea semi business plan "reality check") may signal a return of the industry to a more "normal" pricing scenario.
