My experience w/ new CEO's usually 18-24 month leash depending on what they are brought in to do. If they are packaging a company for sale 18-24 months but w/ extensions in 2 year slots, may/could indicate a turn around/growth strategy. The key is options & stock incentives based on some performance metric. They get rewarded w/ results. Also, shareholders on same page w/ Board on the new strategy. EKS
