Any 15" MacBook Pro from 2015 or before will have the better keyboards.

All 13" MacBooks from 2015 onward use the butterfly keyboard, the model before it that did not goes back to 2010. I wouldn't recommend getting one that old as they can only install up to macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and a year from now will no longer receive security updates.

I'm not sure when Apple started using butterfly keyboards on the MacBook Air line. Those are the ultra-thin laptops with either an 11" or 13" screen. Probably safe to say anything from 2014 or before is fine, but don't quote me on it. Those machines are too small for my tastes, but if maximum portability is your thing, they are the ones to consider.
