I would just like to see and understand the data evidence he's using for concluding that the interstellar plasma stream is weakening to the Sun. And if it's actually intergalactic, then logic would tend to dictate that we should be seeing lower levels of energy from all the stars in the Milky Way.. But certainly Rolf's view is quite disturbing, if it comes to pass.. And it will rewrite Cosmological science to completely new levels.. And on his time scale, these observations are going to come fast, or not come at all.. Hawk
