Uh, JD, you were talking about Tail Gunner Joe? I mean, me and the judge know consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds and all, but your mind is getting mighty expansive here.

Besides, as a good capitalist I would have imagined that you would believe that the Soviet Union collapsed under the weight of its grossly mismanaged economy. And that other well known leftist conspiracy,the American labor movement, was always a big backer of the cold war. I guess it's another one of those hobgoblin things.

Oh, and in passing, I can dig irony as much as the next guy, but what's this "ad hominem against the rules of SI" supposed to mean? That it's not? Very clever. It's still considered an extremely lame argumentative technique. Of course, facts are stupid things.
