You might consider what I'm doing...
From Monday through Friday I'm off the grid not eating meals but only here and there snacking very lightly, fruits, nuts, some fish, some meat, a salad, but no real sit down type meals... sure, I do get hungry and I embrace it knowing that I'm losing weight... I drink lots of water... a lot of water, definitely...
On the weekends I have whatever I want, this includes bread and/or rolls, a sandwich, whatever, we generally have pizza, I also have some ice cream if I want...
And then, Monday morning I begin my off the grid type diet for the next five days...
Going with the 5 and 2 program I lost about 8 pounds in 4 weeks...
This way I don't feel as if I have to deprive myself, I know I can have whatever I want on the weekends...
