This has far more upside potential than it appears to on the surface. If the 260,000 shorts on ANTC did not all cover today, they had certainly better tomorrow. And, as ANTC goes, with a 1.05 to 1 ratio of cert exchange, so goes TSXX. As of close today there is a full point to be had virtually free in the exchange ratio and difference in stock values.
If this goes through, and I believe it will because it is Malone(TCI)driven, ANTC gains tangible but not immediately apparent assets like numerous overseas markets and cutting edge proprietary technology that will pay off big time down the road. A lot of people also do not realize that TSXX is totally debt free and loaded with cash and a hidden production capacity not being used of about 40%.
