PUBLIC APOLOGY Thread, I committed an error for which I must apologize. In response to another inquiry, I posted my firm's areas of practice and went on to say call us if you need work in Arizona. That was a big mistake, as just pointed out to me by Jill in an email. I should have realized when I posted my response that what I was doing was, in essence, soliciting business. That is improper both under the rules of SI and under my own ethical obligations as an attorney. I have asked Jill to delete my offending email. Also, I apologize again for what I did and offer my thanks to whomever reported it. It was wrong and I appreciate being reminded of that very early on. The bottom line is that I am here as an investor and as an investor only. Gary Korn
