I completely agree that the liberals are using the climate change issue as a means to advance their wealth redistribution. And I fully oppose any such efforts.

I was just pointing out there is a thermodynamic effect to the planet by releasing vast amounts of sequestered CO2 in a short time (geological geologically speaking).

I am skeptical about planting trees as a solution. But, more trees would be helpful.

Personally, I'm in the "past the point of no return" camp. The human population will not halt CO2 emissions any more than we can manage the growth rate of the human population.

We are committed to experiencing the effects of large CO2 emissions no matter what they are.
