Hi Roger:

I have been keeping a low profile recently, but according to information posted on SI and AOL we are looking at a range of $10-$16/share by years end or sooner. New switch is up and operational and has customers lined up a "mile long". In addition, the second switch will decrease call cost for the customers on the first switch since TLTK will be able to route their clientele through 2nd switch, thus avoiding charges from other service providers. All in all I think TLTK is a sure thing for great gains in the near future. My recent focus is once again on Advanced Gravis Computer Technology (t.aed) which makes joysticks and opther computer peripherals. This company is about to make a turnaround. One market researcher on AOL has posted that Gravis gamepad sales were explosive in the 4th quarter of 1995 (revenues and earnings should be out by end of APril or beginning of May). Estimates of 500,000 to 1,000,000 gamepads sold which would mean a net income of $1-5 million from this product alone. For a company with no recent earnings this will be explosive. Company has been a "pain-in-the-ass" about getting info to their shareholders, and this has soured the street to Gravis. In addition, recent lawsuit made company look even worse. Nerevtheless, this company is destined for greatness and will eventually generate investor interest. I suggest you take a look at the Gravis board and lets try to get some discussion going again on this company. I will be talking with CEO Mike Cooper later today to get some info regarding improving I/R and getting further info on future potential. All for now,

David
