The judge is not required to do this. It stands to reason that wiretapping Trump based on Russian hearsay gathered by a biased opposition researcher hired by Clinton would be a "question of exceptional importance", right? Judge Collyer did not think so. This is a reminder that while the Obama Admin committed a fraud on the FISA court, the FISA court itself was grossly negligent. Tom
