Unbelievable (but typical) behavior by the Special Counsel in last October's hearing of the Concord case: twitter.com They charge Concord with conspiracy. The judge asks if they are going to explain what crime they were conspiring to commit. Their response: "No." They appear to be making Internet anonymity into a crime in and of itself. Tom
