The way I see it when Trump tweeted "go back to the crime infested places from which they came" (and "help fix it.") He is basically saying he would like to see democracy and western civilization continue to expand worldwide. There is absolutely nothing racist about that. He believes in this country and believes in an International edition of manifest destiny. The four congresswomen he targeted don't seem to want anything to do with that.
