Yes, but that’s not what the president said. He said countries - which means many different things. She wants everyone to think that he specifically insulted the people - like Hillary did... and this lie is meant to confirm the narrative about Trump's “ irrational hatred” - for immigrants, Muslims - and everyone else, whom the crazy rules on intersectionality demand that he must hate. This was a “minor error” which happens to fit their strategy of character assassination.
