linda, i didn't mean to imply that you were panicking. the statement was meant in the general sense. we're all concerned (especially now that i'm in the 10+k club as of today ;-)

folks, sexi has been naive. the share buyback release sent a loud and clear message to the dawgs down in the box.

"we, sexi, will not announce news until after 10/11/96 because we want to buy back shares and we all know that we want to buy low, not high. we'd have to be stupid to release news prior to purchasing stock."

the mms know that news is required to move this stock up. no news = time to play the old games...

sorry, folks, but that's what mangement said. doesn't matter whether this is bb or nasdaq. recently, hmtt was in a quiet period due to an offering. the dawgs took it down about 50% ON NO NEWS. hmt technology is no bb stock.

the stock rebounded very when hmtt announced the offering was OFF...

sexi WILL NOT, NOR SHOULD NOT, make any announcements prior to the 11th. as an owner of a company that is buying back stock, i want the stock as cheap as possible, too.

sexi blew it by announcing the DETAILS (YES, THE DEVIL LIVES HERE). if they left the terms vague, these games during this "quite period" WOULD NOT BE GOING ON...

bet the bomb drops on the 12th. hold onto your hats until them ;-)
