I have a list of questions, that you can forward to the appropriate person/s. I appreciate your time and efforts in answering my enquiries. If any questions can't be answered, could I please have a brief explanation (like you did with my first question)?

1. How/When/Where/What question about LUNN stock that is
now ATPX stock: If ATPX earnings are missed for period ending
12/31/97.........what does this mean to LUNN stockholders in
terms of how much additional ATPX stock they are to receive as
compensation, as outlined in the SEC filings. Example: 1000 sh.
LUNN now equals 100 shares ATPX + missed earnings
compensation = ???? additional shares of ATPX. When will it be
announced and transferred to our accounts? What's the
formula?
2. Where/who is the PR/IR firm? Stockholders are expecting this to be fulfilled in a timely manner and would appreciate the name of the firm.
3. Where is the application for NASDAQ listing? Stockholders
are expecting this to be fulfilled in a timely manner.
4. The TV show that featured Marion? When, what network, etc.
Stockholders are very interested in the products and services
of their companies and how it affects their investment.
5. Has Lunn started producing for Marion? What will this mean
for ATPX overall, in terms of saved revenues, reduced
duplication of services, etc.?
6. The one analyst (Hoak-Breedlove) initiating coverage with a
buy rating...any more coming? Why hasn't this been officially
announced?
7. Are Equus insiders selling yet?
8. When will ATPX have a website like Marion's with an Investor's
Relation's e-mail? This would be money well spent. Marion's
is excellent.
9. With the large backlogs announced already, will this translate into larger profits or will it be a problem like Boeing is experiencing with too much work?
10. Is the announced agreement with Boeing, for Marion still in effect? Boeing has had orders cancelled recently because it can't perform in a timely manner
10a. Does Boeing's inability to perform help ATPX by way of "overflow"? Can ATPX take advantage of this temporary situation regarding Boeing? How?
11. What encouraging news can ATPX shareholders expect, this year, in regards to their investment and confidence in their company?
12. Lunn stockholders in particular have suffered between a 20%-30% loss in value since the merger, is there reason to believe that this trend will turn around? What steps will be taken to accomplish this and when would a plan to restore value be implemented?
