John, it doesn't seem like any one market maker is hanging around at the top bid level. Again, that doesn't mean much, only that no one can be seen. I did notice one large trade late in the day (I think 50,000 shares) that went off at the bid when the bid was 15. This basically means that a market maker thought it wasn't going any lower and was willing to pay the top bid price (it could have been a trade between market makers). Usually a large trade like this in a thinly traded stock would be down one or two levels. A few minutes later, there was a 35,000 share trade at 15 1/8 when the was bid/ask was 15 to 15 1/16. What all this means is anyones guess.
