Jan, Relax...Let go! IMO, From today our topic should be focused on "Can S3 make a come back" ?

Issues:

> Should S3 merge with another company with good products, but not able to mass produce?

> Should S3 buy another graphic company with good products?

> S3 has lost one product cycle! Can S3 deliver its next product?

> What about the mgmt's composition change? George Harvey is gone (I am happy); Terry Holdt is leading; GJ ?; Walter appears fine; Others??? Should mgmt cut from their salaries to show their willingness to speed up the recovery? Should S3 eliminate GJ's last raise?

> Should S3 sell more of Fab $ in near future?

> Should S3 remain in Sound? They just touched that Market! Can they be aggressive with good marketing and right people?

> Should S3 be more aggressive with notebook market?

> Should S3 supercede their "poision pill" right?

> Should S3 buy back shares now?

And So on.

Let's put past behind us; we learn and move on. This stock is in 5ish!!!
Either we invest and lose $ 5 or we double or more in 98!
