The part that has me a little concerned is the $1 min share price requred to keep a previously listed stock listed. There is a $5 min share price for an initial listing, which, of course, does not apply to TRCD, since it is already listed. I believe that there is also a min net asset amount required to keep a listing on NASDAQ, but I don't know the details. Does anyone else know more about these new requirements, and how they might or might not effect TRCD?
