Maybe they are still debugging! I'm thinking there is something
going on behind the scenes and they will be aquired soon but can't
talk about it, thus the delaying tactics. Negotiations take time
and the company being aquired is always at the mercy of the aquiring
company. COuld also be, that they are restrategizing their marketing
approach due to cheaper competition or delays from their manufacturer
of the disks/packaging. Is kind of frustrating though.

My instincts tell me it is the aquisition scenario, it would make
sense that if you are being aquired that you wouldn't ship a
product that someone else is going to put their name on and bring
it into the market, it would be a waste of money and effort. If my
scenario is correct then, hopefully, it will be worth the wait.

Patiently waiting!
