Yes you can buy shares in Kiewit Diversified Class 'D'(soon to be called Level 3 Communications): OTC Bulletin Board. Symbol: KIWT. (It's doubled in the last couple of months. Just split 5 for 1 about a month ago.) Kiewit's never sold these shares to the public, but their employees trade their stock on the Bulletin Board. A chance to buy before it cranks up the IPO machine! Good luck.
