S. Mahl, I seriously wouldn't worry about this. ATVI will likely just drop the licensing agreement with Avalon Hills. I don't think Microprose is seeking damgages, esp since ATVI has not come out with a product yet. Microprose is in trouble and they need to keep whatever they've got left to be viable. MechCommander and Mech 3 should help, but the latter esp is off in the future somewhere (late 98/early 99). biz.yahoo.com Tom C.
