Boyd,

I too have IDT as my isp and i'm very upset with their service . There tech support is the worst, not to mention it's long distance with a 45 minute wait minumum just to speek with a guy who doesn't know what day it is. I too have problems getting connected . I believe this company is making money, but only becouse they're cutting corners . They have a lot of cleaning up to do if they want to compete with the big boys (fnet).
