And yes, QTT really is back on the radar.
The 13, 8, 8 sto is about to telegraph a bunch of stuff...not least of which is a MACD signal.

Any stock that repeats a 300% move like this one did (first on the heels of ipo then after complete retrace, fast but more moderate) could easily do 100%.

Its radar signature now calls for close tactical surveillance. Watching for a knee on the 13,8,8.
