I think the responsible thing for a company to do in this position is release some news or it sure looks like the company infact is driving the price down by not releasing it so they get the stock cheaper than a lot of their investors, or if they planned on buying cheap they should have said they would buy on dips during a buyback period.(JMO) Linda
