To answer your query RE the vehicle for payment... take a look online and check out how many financial transactions occur between our 2 countries and maybe you’ll get an idea of how Mexico will pay. Maybe listen to POTUS Trump as candidate Trump make his speech and explain how the payment for the wall will get done.

Maybe you’d look at it as a citizen of the US and not a leftist TDS infected fool and understand how this works for us as a nation.
