Thanks. I listened on the a post-playing of the INVX cc due to work (I wanted to listen first hand and also ask some questions). Most of the info below is from memory and after a hard day at work so take it for what it is worth.

I now know why INVX has gotten hit so hard. They are unsure as too the outcome for second qtr but did state that it will be lower that 1st qtr. They said they sold 9-10 million wires a week in the 1st qtr and they hinted at I believe 8 million +- wires for this qtr. I suspect that INVX will earn 20-25% percent less this qtr (MHO only and not based on hard figures).

On the brighter side they did say that HIF would be going full production in March (They did not say how much this may positively effect their earnings for this qtr). That the flip chip packaging (flex circuits) are in the initial stage and that with a time frame of 6-9 months they will have the capability (I believe) of ramping up the flex circuits. Most of their MR end products are sold in the US and Europe and the Asian crisis has had little effect on their revenue. All of their contracts in Asia for secondary/final assembly are in U.S. dollars.

They did seem happier than others in the DD industry due to their high margins and almost scoffed at the idea of even breaking even in the next few months/qtrs (famous last words).

IMHO INVX may be not a great short term buy but has great potential in 3-6 months and longer. I have trust in them (From an INVX long holder:).
