The earnings report released after market today was most positive, IMO.
Granted profits were only 1 cent over concensus, but revenues &
new accounts increased dramatically.

Doug,

One cent is 10% in the case of INSS. Quite substantial.

You seem to be most familiar with this company. I get the impression
they typically form a long-term relationship with a customer, rather
than a "in & out in one week" sort of installation type deal. Am I
on the right track?

You are on the correct track. They can spend many months at a clients or even a year. They get repeat business. They do everything from setup, trouble shooting to training. They are not one time short term "contracts".
