To All: I have been accused by Thomas Scharf on this thread of two things:
1. I will be calling for a class action law suit against NN.
2. The reason is I bought NN at or near its peak and sitting on paper loss.

His post addressed to me is as follows:
<<Give it a rest, please. As long as TM is upfront about his real estate interests and charges NN fair market prices, I see no conflict of interest. He didn't move the company to enhance the value of his real estate, rather he developed real estate where the company was located, perhaps when nobody else would make the investment. He is actually taking quite a personal risk. If NN doesn't grow enough to fill his technology park, he could take a real financial bath.

All this harping about conflict of interest is just sour grapes because you probably bought NN at or near it's peak & are sitting on some paper losses. Now you want to find someone else to blame. Next thing you know you'll be calling for a class action law suit that will only hurt the company and enrich a few scum-bag lawyers.>>

All these acusation is because I posted:
<<Larry, I strongly agree with you that there is conflict of interest for the CEO to develop real estate that will be used by the corporation. He is making the rest of the shareholders second class citizens. It is a sign of worse things to come.

I am going to sell the next couple days.>>

Since a couple people applauded Thomas' post, I would like your opinion what is it in my post that I deserved the accusation? By the way, both accusation are false: I neither ever thought about class action lawsuit against NN, nor did I lose money on NN. It is still a mystery to me where Thomas got those thoughts from.
