There is absolutely no way that the proceeds of a 504 sale will ever appear on an audited financial statement as income. It is cash, and will be counted as an increase in cash available to the company, but it is absolutely NOT income.

Until the audited financials are released, we just aren't going to know for sure what the profits are. That is what accountants are for.

For those who said it will be a smooth ride, you just don't know what you are talking about, there are no smooth rides on an OTCBB stock, unless you trade it for one day when it is moving up. Investing in a company like this is based on a belief that there is a plan and it can be achieved, and hopefully it will.

Let's all hope for good news later in the week and a rebound. Upcoming promotions certainly won't hurt. Good financials, of course, is what it will take to bring FAMH to the next stage of this bumpy road.
