SystemSoft is NOT superior to Phoenix Technologies. Phoenix has a very diversified business, tremendous market share, hundreds of talented employees and very strategic relationships with big players. Recently, they cut a deal with Intel wherein Intel held warrants on Phoenix stock. This is the big leagues. Read the 8/10/K/Q and other filings by Phoenix. This is a key infrastructure player.
