Has C*ATS turned into a dog
Cats is not doing anything for the shareholders except giving us unrealized losses. For the last year and a half, all it has done is gone down. It seems to me that they need to do something to improve
shareholder value. Maybe a stock buyback or putting themselves up on
the block. It is the main purpose of the directors to make sure that shareholder value is on the top of the list. Could someone please explain to me why the R&D is going up so much. It was 905K a qtr before the Lor/G deal. Now it is 1,567K a qtr. That is 2,650K a year. That is where all of our profit went. You divide that by the number of employees CATS took on (25) and you get 106K a person. My little crude math does not take into consideration the additions to general and administrative costs. That tells me that the CARMA product has to create revenues of at least 1 million a qtr for CATS to be where they were before they bought Lor/G. I sure wish management would let their shareholders know what the goals of the company are (profits would be nice). The only news they release is the tiny one
page letter that annouces quarterly earnings and there is not much to that. It sure would be nice if someone from the company could tell us where the company will be 6 months from now and the progress they are making to obtain the goals. I feel better now. Any comments would be welcome.
