i don't remember but it was very small amount . maybe $20 or less. we have had glass repaired before and it cost $99. at a repair phones store while in florida. Last night, turnaround was 2 hrs at king of prussia apple store. She cannot go without her phone. I expect what i got was a terrific deal. you cannot turn in your phone if you do not have apply replace the glass. i expect if you want any base value you would have to sell it on line.

i guess you can buy an iPhone for a much cheaper price than an apple iPhone. I will pay the price for an apple phone. my phone is 4 years old. I did get the battery replaced at the reduced price of $20. I expect her phone was coming up for a battery replacement. Now she has a complete new phone. seems like we also saved on a future battery replacement for her phone.

oh, the apple store was filled with customers at 4.50pm and upon return it was even more crowded.

using the cloud for back up each night makes it great to switch the phone and not lose data.
