<<My question is why they put the charge in next quarter when this quarter they did not use up all of the $250M preannounced? Does this has to do with the severence pay related to the lay-off that can not be included in this quarter ? Any guess is wellcome.>> They said in the call that there are restrictions on there ability to take write-offs for unannounced plant closings.
