The development of human intelligence required the process of mutation and selection over a billion years with the elimination by death of 99.99999999999% of attempts at producing a really good brain. The death rate us currently about 90% per hundred years with only 10% of the male DNA on offer at the beginning of a century still in the marketplace 4 generations later.

Women are very choosy. Incels abound.

Hence all non-African male DNA has been extant for a mere 25,000 years. Female about 90,000 years (they being more cautious and more valued by victorious genocidal male tribes). Women use men to carry, defend, feed and propagate their DNA. It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys who work in a similar way.

So we should expect a high failure rate in development of artificial intelligence in airliners. Hopefully the failures are found and rejected by somebody looking for the right stuff like women look for the right stuff so that the process of elimination is not horrible. Just reboot and rechip the airliners as the defective ones are found.
