Yes Ichan owns the parent company. I see it as a net positive for UAN but yes always the possibility Ichan takes everything private. On bond roll over not due until 2023 so could be (1) waiting for rates to go lower and/or (2) kick the can down the road (not a good thing but happens).

So, watch the debt market and see what is done. If they can lock in a lower rate, then Capx interest expense will be lower too. Not much more they can do on getting operating costs lower (maybe use robots -:)).
