There's a reason for republicans admiring an unfit person. First, their party is dying. Demographics point to a white minority which will most likely vote for a hell of a lot more Dems than them. They "feel" the need to corrupt our entire system of government to protect their dying party. Second, there's the loser factor. Trump is "their" loser. He's just like them. The neo-Nazis lost WW2. The Confederate flag nuts lost the Civil War. The racists lost the Civil Rights battle. Then there's climate change, gay marriage, abortion, the ACA and so many other losses. All these sore loses support Trump. You see, they never get over it. Decades of being on the wrong side of history makes them think they're always the victim. This is why they hate Democrats. We win and it drives them nuts.
