To be clear, his returns have ALREADY been audited pursuant to the law requiring all presidents and VPs to be audited. This is about disclosing tax return data to the media as a political weapon. There is zero doubt about this.

If the Supreme Court wants to give the Democrat his tax returns, they should wait until after the election -- and tell the American People that's precisely what they're doing. "To avoid the use of the tax returns as a weapon during the election season, we will decide this case next November, after the election."

We know there is no crime, just as there was no crime in Nixon's.
