No, but the W&M committee chairman knows the instant those returns are put in his hand he will give them to the NYT and WaPo and the rest. In fact, the courts that have thus far agreed the returns should be turned over have stated they recognize the leaks will occur immediately on release.

And you'll have idiots like David Farenthold going on about in the media, drawing incorrect conclusions (as he now does on scraps of financial data he is digging up in NYC. It is one thing for a reporter to dig this stuff up, but something entirely different for Democrats to be complicit in using the returns as a political weapon.

That cannot be allowed.
