Tonight I tried Hilary's Spicy Veggie Breakfast Sausage. It was on sale at Whole Foods. It tasted reasonably good. Better than the Beyond sausage. Not Impossible Burger quality, however. The texture was not a facsimile of genuine sausage. It went well with a salad; I wouldn't eat these straight on their own. A decent product, filled me up, nice and spicy. Genuine sausage makers should have zero reason to feel threatened with this product; it is a substitute not a replacement. Primary ingredients: Millet and lentils.
