In all that time, he has done nothing to help his decaying West Baltimore district. Aside from the riots, fires and drugs, Cummings’ West Baltimore district is covered in garbage, abandoned row houses, and an ever increasing homeless population. The district resembles a lot of the left wing shit holes out west in California like Downtown Los Angeles and San Francisco, yet, Cummings’ wastes his time either with impeachment BS or race hustling. What has Elijah Cummings down for West Baltimore, other than watch it turn to shambles since 1996? Here are some videos of Cummings’ district.
