We certainly know that management is not interested in a $10 offer. The company made a presentation to analysts in December with potential stock values in the years 2000 and 2001. If they were 50% too high, $10 is still too cheap. So, even though I have been terribly discouraged, I'll vote my shares with the 6 million share man (aka Bill Schrader). I believe that management thinks the stock could sell north of $50 a share in 2001. Own any other stocks you think might appreciate 8 times over the next 3-4 years?
