Michael I'll take a quick shot at (1).

Working capital.

One reason I did not invest in BORL back in early 1997 was the fact that net working capital was -ve. Not a good thing. Businesses can fail when working capital goes to -ve. easily. very easily.

As of Sept. 30, 1997 if you remove the 25 mil from cash (ignore interest) current assets fall to 88 mil. Current liabilities are 76 mil. So the extra 25 mil cushion is useful. (There is also is LTD of 22 mil.) The total current assets of 113 mil (including 25 mil raised) covers the 98 mil. of total debt. A good thing.

(And a quickie on (3) - as of yesterday called BORL and no date had been given on Denise's voice mail.)
