A generally sensible post. The dilution will continue, the scientific success will continue. somewhere between $4 and $40 TLT gets bought out. I would not get too excited at the thought of forty:) Some stocks management have a handle on the float, can control/influence the way it trades. TLT on the other hand is someone's "Bitch". Nevertheless it will succeed.
