First time I ever heard that was on Groucho Marx's show. A dude named O'Reilly was the contestant and Groucho was going through the usual questions before the quiz started ("Say the secret word and win a duck"). I forget the question but in response, the dude gives an answer and Groucho says "Oh Really" and the contestant says "no, O'Reilly". Groucho just does that classic stare at the camera/
