I cannot know. The two of them own a lot of shares, so either they are aligned with shareholders or they still become multi millionaires even with an inadequate takeover offer.

This latest PP was announced when the stock was .50 , now being done at .30 after allowing a month for the shorts to beat the stock senseless. As I said then "in the context of the market" is not a pricing mechanism it is a call for abuse.All with the same pattern of news releases wasted, as in the past, that should have been out after the PP was completed and certainly were not going to stop the shorting party before the fact.
