First a photo radar ticket and now this. SEE: You would not believe what happened today. I had an Amazon.ca rewards card for years, then about 3 years ago they said they were pulling out of Canada and you could no longer charge to the card, but you would be required to pay the monies back. So for years I was paying the minimum payment of around 50 bucks and today I got 2 letters saying they are forgiving my balance and I am not required to pay them back. I called them and he said they are closing all Canadian operations and closing all accounts and I am not required to pay anything. The balance is forgiven. I said that is like winning the lotto, he laughed and said lots of others have been saying that as well. Well its nice to get something positive in the mail. I wonder what Fridays mail will be?
